Twisted Keg will:-
1. Be the sole provider of all drinks at the licensed event unless previously agreed otherwise.
2. Apply and pay for any Temporary Event Notice (Liquor Licence) needed for the event. ( Opening times of bar cannot be guaranteed as the final decision rests with
relevant authorities but Twisted Keg Mobile Bar Hire will do their utmost to acquire the times requested)
3. Supply all equipment and staff required for the bar.
4. Reserve the right to serve drinks in plastic glasses.
Deposit
A deposit together with a signed contract will be required for securing the booking which is payable by cheque to Twisted Keg. The cheque, along with the signed contract should be sent to; Twisted Keg Mobile Bar Hire, 2 Baldwins Cottages, Walcott Green, Walcott. Norwich. Norfolk. NR12 0NU
Based on a 25 mile radius
Less than 100 guests = £200 hire fee + £75 Deposit
100-200 guests = £100 hire fee + 75 Deposit
200 + guests = £75 Deposit
Less than 100 guests = £200 hire fee + £75 Deposit

The deposit will be repaid by cheque on the day or evening of the event.
No Licences will be applied for if the deposit has not been received, and our offer of service will therefore be withdrawn. This is unless we have specifically agreed otherwise.
Cancellation
One Calendar months notice is required for a full refund of deposit paid, minus any expenses incurred ( such as the wines or special drinks ordered for your event)
Fee
Our fee is based on the location of the event, number of guests attending, difficulty of loading/unloading and time involved. We keep our fees as low as possible and rely on the accuracy of the above facts as supplied by the client.
The fee for our services is required within 7 days to hold the date open for your event. More than 7 days can result in loss of booking.
Charges
Twisted Keg Mobile Bar Hire reserves the right to withhold the deposit if significantly fewer guests attend the event than the minimum you have stated. If you know in advance that less people will attend, please let us know as we may have to revise the fee. The charges will be made as follows:

If less than 50 guests do not turn up for the event then then charges will be made as below:
£6.00 per head
This is payable immediately. If you cannot be found, or refuse to pay we reserve the right to close the bar and leave.
In the case of free or prepaid bars, if more people attend than have been paid for we cannot be held responsible if we run out of drinks.
